Top Hand Club

The Top Hand Club is a membership recruitment program, created to recognize members who are committed to helping build a stronger Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association.  Recruit three new OCA members to be in the Top Hand Club and continue to recruit three new OCA members to stay in the Top Hand Club.  Top Hand Club points (new members) are accumulated over a lifetime.  Top Hand club awards are presented during the Annual OCA Convention and Trade Show.  

OCA Top Hand Club Awards:
10 New Members - OCA Top Hand Lone Star Buckle
20 New Members - Mooremaker Knife
40 New Members - Rifle
* Top Hand Club members must maintain OCA membership to be eligible for awards

Safe-guard Top Hand Program:
Recognizes the top 3 recruiters quarterly with the following sponsored by Merck Animal Health:

• 1st  - 10 Liters of Safe-guard
• 2nd - 1 Gallon of Safe-guard
• 3rd - 1 Liter of Safe-guard
